Kelly was born in China, where she graduated from Northwest University with a degree in accounting. She completed her education at Westmoreland College, studying Business Management and received her real estate license in 2022.

Before joining Chinowth and Cohen Realtors, Kelly worked in the insurance industry, as a journalist, and was a General Sales Manager for a large import/export Company. She is focused on residential sales, and as a bi-lingual speaker, she is passionate about serving the Asian communities in Oklahoma and willing to translate transactions for customers who do not speak English as a first language.

Kelly has an excellent reputation with her clientele as an honest and trustworthy advisor. She recognizes that cultural differences can seem overwhelming when approaching U.S. housing markets, but accomplished communication skills can create a stress-free transition for anyone who reaches out to Kelly requesting her mastery as an agent.

She is familiar with Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas as well as Tulsa, where she owns a second home. She currently resides in Oklahoma City. 

In her spare time, Kelly continues to enrich her mind pursuing online courses and enjoys listening to music and traveling abroad.
